Items will be sent via NZ Post and you will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch. please allow 7 to 14 working days for your item to be dispatched.

I will cover all shipping costs for goods which are faulty or defective. However, if it is a sizing issue or change of mind, the shipping costs for the return of the item to XO Kids and the new item to be dispatched will be at the buyers expense.
Any import or duty expenses required by the local government in the country of destination are at the buyers expense.
